Zug, February 5, 2025 – Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”), the largest mid-cap investment firm headquartered in the DACH region, is strengthening its corporate functions with the appointment of Karolin Plechinger, an experienced HR expert and recruiter, as the new Head of Human Capital, effective February 1, 2025. In this position, she will play an important role in recruiting for key positions at portfolio companies of the BU funds. In addition, she will lead internal strategy projects and oversee cross-location employee development initiatives.
