With its fourth fund, the Tübingen based medical technology investor SHS Gesellschaft für Beteiligungsmanagement has acquired all shares of Novo Klinik-Service GmbH. The company is based in Kerpen, Germany and specializes in the production and sale of medical fixation and pad systems as well as medical technology solutions.
