Amsterdam / Munich, 6 December 2023 – Andra Tech Group, a leading group of companies specialising in the manufacturing of high-precision, complex components, has acquired Netherlands-based Lemmens Metaalbewerking, a company specialised in large-scale milling and post-processing of complex welded assemblies. This is the Group’s third successful acquisition in the last 12 months and represents a further expansion of its presence in its home market of the Netherlands.
