Zug, Switzerland, 28 May 2024 – Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”), one of the most active and largest investors in the DACH region with strong presence in Italy, today announced the closing of its fourth fund, Bregal Unternehmerkapital IV (“Fund IV”) with total capital commitments of €2.65 billion. Fund IV was significantly oversubscribed and successfully closed at its hard cap.
