KG (“A.Eberle”), a leading provider of measurement, control and regulation technology for applications in the field of electrical energy infrastructure. BU will support A.Eberle as a long-term partner in accelerating international growth, further advancing product development and continuing to expand the company’s position as a technologically leading provider in the field of grid stability and power quality. As part of the transaction, the management team of A.Eberle will reinvest in the company and, together with BU, drive the long-term growth strategy.
