One of the funds consulted by the Tübingen based company, SHS Gesellschaft für Beteiligungsmanagement mbH, has acquired puracon’s business operations. Based in Rosenheim, puracon is a packaging specialist focused on the sterile assembly and packaging of medical devices and implants in GMP certified cleanrooms.
